Room rate will be determined based on number of nights and other factors. In addition to room rate, a $35.00 Kapalua Resort fee, plus tax, will be assessed per room, per night. The daily resort fee of $35.00 (plus tax) per room covers enhanced high speed internet access, local telephone calls, toll-free telephone access, discounted golf fees and preferred tee times, Resort shuttle services (Kapalua Resort only), fitness classes, bocce ball, basketball, tennis, cultural history tours, arts and crafts, complimentary photo session with 8x10 photo included, resort charging privileges at select shops and restaurants, and in-room coffee and bottled water. Resort Fee is subject to change without notice. Valet: $30.00 plus tax, per night. Fee is subject to change without notice. Check-in time at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Individual credit card will be required at time of booking for guests paying for their room on own. Individual room cancellation must be received 21 days prior to arrival, to avoid penalty of all night’s reserved. All reservations made will be automatically guaranteed for late arrival. For any reservations that no-show, they will be charged full room and tax for each individual’s entire length of stay. These charges will be credited towards the Group’s actual pickup. This charge will not apply if the no-show is due to an emergency. A two night room and tax deposit will be charged at time of booking. Individual room cancellation must be received 21 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of all nights reserved. Other terms & conditions may apply.
